Refund policy
At Forever Jewelry, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Below are the details of our refund and return policies.
General Policy
All sales are final. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may request an exchange or in-store credit within 14 days of receiving your shipment. In specific cases, and with prior approval from a store associate, we may offer a refund with a 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges and Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the factory. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at sandorsforeverjewelry@gmail.com and, only after receiving approval from a store associate, send your item to:

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be free of scratches, stains, resizing, or signs of wear. If these conditions are not met, the return or exchange will not be accepted.
- Special orders, such as engraved items, custom ring sizes, personalized chain lengths, or custom pendants, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Orders returned as undeliverable or refused by the recipient will incur a $30 fee, deducted from the total refund amount.
Return Process
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
Contact us at sandorsforeverjewelry@gmail.com to request an RMA. Once approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number and detailed shipping and packaging instructions.
- Package Your Order:
Repack the items in their original packaging materials. To receive a refund credit, you must include the original packaging and documentation. Write the RMA number on the receipt and on the outside of the package.
- Shipping and Insurance:
Ship the item to the address provided in the approval email. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
For security, do not write "Forever Jewelry" or describe the contents on the outside of the package.
Shipping and insurance costs are the customer's responsibility.
Warranty and Exceptions
The manufacturer’s warranty and free cleaning services are available only to the person who purchased the product from Forever Jewelry.
Any maintenance, repair, resizing, or other services performed by third parties will void the warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
We do not offer warranties for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Loss of product, stones, or theft
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals
- Bent, caught, or worn prongs that result in stone loss
- Stones falling out due to chips or breakage

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us at sandorsforeverjewelry@gmail.com or call (954) 547-5547 within 24 hours of placing your order.
Custom order cancellations will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Note: Do not send any items back without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
