Shipping policy
We ship all our orders via FedEx, completely free, certified, and insured. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days. The presence and signature of the person receiving the package at the delivery address is required. If that’s not possible, the signature of another resident at the same address will be accepted. Otherwise, the customer must contact FedEx to pick up the package at the nearest FedEx location.
You may also choose the Pickup at Walgreens or FedEx location option in your shopping cart. In that case, you’ll need to present a valid ID and the tracking number to collect your package once it arrives.
Once we ship your package, we’ll send you an email or text with your order status and a tracking number, so you can follow your shipment online through the carrier.
We do not guarantee shipping times, as we cannot control carrier delays.
We strongly encourage all customers to inspect their packages upon arrival for any signs of damage or tampering.
